Rates, Billing, and Insurance

Rates
We charge $150 for the initial assessment and $130 for every session afterwards. For your convenience, we do bill insurance.

Insurance
We accept most insurances. Most insurance companies offer “In” and “Out” of Network benefits, but not all insurance companies offer “out of network” benefits. You may call your insurance to check if Pathways is covered by your insurance. You may find it helpful to ask about your coverage with the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

Unfortunately, we are not Medicaid/Medicare providers. We bill Primary Insurance Only.

Self-payment/Non-Insurance
Services are available for individuals who do not have or do not want to utilize their insurance coverage. Please contact us directly to discuss session rates and payment plans.

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash, check, and credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you may be required to pay a cancellation fee.

Testimonials

The Lord answered my prayers when He directed me to Pathways Christian Counseling. In a supportive environment of warmth and acceptance, I have been brought from debilatating depression into hope and wholeness. My marriage has also been restored and is better than it has ever been. I am very grateful for the skilled, compassionate counseling that I have received.

When I first came to Pathways, I was very doubtful that I would be helped. I figured that if I showed up, they would see how bad I am, and send me to a clinic. That’s what I wanted. But, God had other intentions. Even after the first few sessions, I still didn’t think there was any hope for my counselor. I felt too far gone for help. But, slowly, very slowly, things started to click and make sense.

Well, a year and 4 months later, God has turned my world upside down and inside out. God really blessed my counselor with wisdom. I usually pray on my way to a session that God would show her what direction to go in for that particular day. God has given her a sense of understanding and waiting for God to move, so that He gets the glory. God is setting me free and showing me things about myself and my life. I am realizing that I have a reason to live. God wants to use me.

In our time of needing some sound Christian counseling, we felt God led us to Pathways Christian Counseling and our particular counselor. We needed guidance to work through some problem areas in our marriage. Through our excellent counselor’s guidance, we were able to improve our communication, strengthen our marriage, and deepen our Christian commitment. Our counselor was very sensitive to our needs. We felt God leading him as he helped us along this journey. Thank you, Pathways!
