Rates, Billing, and Insurance
We charge $150 for the initial assessment and $130 for every session afterwards. For your convenience, we do bill insurance.
We accept most insurances. Most insurance companies offer “In” and “Out” of Network benefits, but not all insurance companies offer “out of network” benefits. You may call your insurance to check if Pathways is covered by your insurance. You may find it helpful to ask about your coverage with the following questions:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Unfortunately, we are not Medicaid/Medicare providers. We bill Primary Insurance Only.
Below is the list of insurance companies we are in network with.
All One Health
Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield
Cigna (Out of Network with In-Network benefits)
EBMC Choice PPO
Ohio Health Choice
United Behavioral Health

Suspected child abuse or dependant adult or elder abuse, which we are required by law to report to the appropriate authorities immediately.
