Kimberly Butler, MA, LPCC-S

ButlerKimberly Butler, MA, LPCC-S, is a Supervising Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the State of Ohio.

She is the owner of Pathways Christian Counseling and Founder of In the Potter's Hand Ministry; both in Findlay, Ohio. She has practiced mental health counseling and supervision from a Biblical perspective for more than fifteen years.

Kimberly counsels on the full range of therapeutic issues with a focus on utilizing biblical principles as viable and effective solutions to today’s problems. Kimberly is experienced in dealing with couples, individuals, adults, and adolescents as well as group work. Her areas of specialty are:

Kimberly is an ordained pastor through Cornerstone Church in Toledo, Ohio where she teaches counseling and deliverance courses for their Global School of Ministry. She leads various groups for women and couples and is available to speak at churches and community events

Kimberly has been married to Mark for more than 30 years and together they parent eight children.

Cathy Giedeman, MRC, CRC, PCC-S

GiedemanCathy Giedeman MRC, CRC, PCC-S is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisor Designation and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. She completed her Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling from Bowling Green State University. Clinical endorsement coursework was completed at Ashland Theological Seminary in Ashland, OH.

Cathy combines clinical training and a rich and varied life experience to her counseling practice. As a result, she is adept at creating a safe, non-threatening environment in which her clients can comfortably share and explore issues in a personally meaningful way. She has experience counseling couples, individual adults and adolescents as well as group work.

She has experience in counseling those with depression, anxiety, low self esteem, life changes and conflict. Her current Specialties include:

Edward Vollmar, MA, LPCC-S

  • Depression, anxiety, phobias, chronic hair pulling, marital counseling, relationship counseling, career counseling, SMD (severely mentally disabled) population.

Karen D. Wortman, LPCC-S

KarenKaren D. Wortman is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Ohio. She received a Master of Arts in Guidance and Counseling and a Master of Applied Human Ecology in Human Development and Family Studies from Bowling Green State University in 1992.

Karen has worked with adults, adolescents and children, families and couples, and emphasizes the spiritual dimension of growth and healing. Areas of expertise include early childhood and young children, developmental disabilities, issues related to foster care and adoption, abuse and blended family issues.

Karen enjoys family activities with her children and grandchildren.



Carmen Cupples, MSW, LISW

CarmenCarmen is a Licensed Independent Social Worker. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Social Work from Bluffton University and completed her Master’s of Social Work specializing in Clinical Services at The Ohio State University.

In her work at Pathways, Carmen provides services to adults, adolescents, children, couples and families. She has experience with helping people work through:

  • Marriage, Family and Relationship Issues
  • Conflict
  • Difficult Life Issues and Transitions
  • Crisis
  • Grief and Loss
  • Issues related to Trauma and Victimization
  • And any Mental Health Issues including: Depression,
    Anxiety, Phobias, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorders, and Attention-Deficit Disorders, etc.

Carmen is passionate about helping each individual she works with recognize: the inherent value they have as a person; the personal strength that they have to overcome anything that transpires in their life; and find a renewed sense of purpose for living.

Carmen lives in the Pandora, Ohio area with her husband and three daughters.

Jeannie Wagner, M.A., LSW, PC

JeannieJeannie Wagner M.A., LSW, PC. Jeannie is a Licensed Social Worker and a Professional Counselor in the State of Ohio. She is a graduate of Spring Arbor University with a Masters degree in Counseling.

Jeannie works with individuals, couples, adolescents and children on a variety of issues including anxiety and depression, relationship issues, divorce, parenting, personal growth, and trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and IBSR (Integration Based Stress Reduction). Jeannie counsels in a safe, Non-threatening environment that encourages people to establish goals for hopeful living, healthy relationships, and a life of Joy in Christ.

Jeannie resides in Henry County with her husband and five children.

Rindi Schaublin, Office Manager

RindiRindi Schaublin has been working with Pathways since April of 2002. Rindi graduated from The University of Findlay with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.

Rindi is able to answer any questions you have regarding insurance benefits, billing questions, new client questions, scheduling and general information.

Generally, Rindi is available Monday thru Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.







Debbie Tate, Secretary

DebbieDebbie Tate has been working with Pathways since August of 2003.  Debbie is able to assist clients with scheduling, new client inquiries, and general questions. 

Debbie is generally available Monday and Tuesday’s 3-9 and Friday’s 10-2.

Debbie is a Team Leader in the Intercessory Prayer Department and works in the altar ministry at her church. She has a passion in seeing people delivered from the oppression of the enemy and to live a liberated and victorious life in God’s Kingdom. 

Debbie is married and has two sons and five grandchildren.
